Article:

Assembly 1: take the polycarbonate and bend that into Part A.

The polycarbonate should be nice and smooth with the two sides.

I pre-drilled the polycarbonate so that I can screw Part B on later.

Same thing to the sides to fasten Part C later on.

Slide Part A to the top and fasten Part C.

Fasten the polycarbonate to Part A.

Assembly 2: Same procedure to Part E. (the cyclone itself)

Trimming the polycarbonate for a perfect fit.

Slide Part E down.

Attach Part F.

Fasten Part E into place with screws.

Assemble the inlet box (Parts H)

Mark the measurements according to the plans.

Line up the measurements on the box with cylinder and draw an arch.

Cut the box on the bandsaw according to the line.

Use the inlet box as a guide to cut the inlet pipe.

Cut and fine tune a small disc that will fit your pipe's inner diameter.

I hot glued and made the first two cuts that will determine the range of cut on the pipe. (Assembly 4)

Hog out the material. (cut it with the pipe's half length of diameter as the depth)

File the pipe for smooth finish.

Cut out a hole that has the same diameter of the pipe on Part D.

Assembly 4 with epoxy.

I glued three wooden pins on Part E to easily set the lid on the bucket.

Sticking the foam tape.

I painted and sanded everything, so I took apart the cyclone and bucket and assembled them back in place.

Fastening screws to Part C, A & B.

Same thing applies to Part F, D & E.

Attach the inlet pipe and box.

Attach Part D and epoxy Assembly 4 in place.

Seal all gaps and holes with silicone to make it air-tight.
